What we collect
When you send a message about a piece (through the "I'm Interested" form on a product page), we receive the name and email address you provide, along with your message. That's it. We don't ask for anything else, and we don't create accounts on this site.
How we use it
Your name, email, and message are used only to reply to you — to answer your question, talk about a custom piece, or help with an order. We will never sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Shopping and checkout
This shop is currently contact-based: when you're interested in a piece, you message us directly and we arrange the details together. If online checkout is added later, any payment details you enter at checkout are handled securely by our payment provider and are never stored on this site.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Like most websites, basic technical information (such as pages visited) may be collected automatically by the hosting service to keep the site running and secure.
How long we keep it
Email conversations are kept only as long as needed to help you — for example, while a custom piece is being made or a question is being answered. If you'd like your messages deleted, just ask and we'll take care of it.
Your choices
You can ask at any time to see what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just send us a message using the contact details below.
